Booked this caravan very last minute, Andy was incredibly helpful and the caravan is in a prime location, close to everything and so quiet, it is modern, and has so much space, we couldn’t believe it was still available, we had such a lovely time, will definitely be booking again.

Once again another fantastic holiday in this caravan. It's so big got everything we needed. Very clean. In fact I told Andy he would need a solicitor to get us out I was going to stay there for good lol 🤣🤣. We have stayed in a few of the caravans he runs and we love them all. You know they will be clean and tidy. Always ready to help if there is a problem. Don't worry if you are booking for the first time you can trust them with your money. Top class service and top class caravans.

The caravan was in a superb position on the site close to everything but really quiet. The caravan was beautiful clean and modern we will definitely be booking again

Lovely ,quiet location yet still very close to all the amenities.clean and tidy caravan with an enclosed veranda (handy if you have a dog ).all in all a very pleasant experience.

On arrival we had a quick look around the caravan and were very happy with what we had hired. The location was quiet, and the caravan was well equipped. We would certainly book again. Andy was extremely helpful throughout the booking process, and quick to respond to any enquiries.

Absolutely fantastic caravan, really clean, had a lovely smell as you walked through the caravan. The bedding was so soft and good quality. It was definitely a top of the range caravan. I really trust booking from Andy, and we have another 2 holidays booked for this year. If you want a great holiday in a good, clean, posh caravan you can't go wrong with a caravan from Andy.

We have stayed in this lovely holiday home quite a few times now and it's just perfect each time we have been. The first ever time we stayed here I couldn't believe it was pet friendly and genuinely thought we had gone in the wrong one. So lovely and clean and on the lovely orchard court too. Fantastic location. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a wonderful Mon to Fri from 16/9in this caravan, lovely position and good amenities,would suggest adding place mats for dining table and a coffee table would be nice additions.

A lovely caravan on a very peaceful part of the sight,only criticism is no coffee table to put drinks on an evening and no place mats for the table when eating,maybe something to be considered.

We love Reighton Sands and meet up with friends when we are there .Lovely caravan , although we were disappointed with torn nets , broken blind , no coasters and no coffee table , otherwise a lovely caravan. We will definitely book again for next year

Luckily my daughter and I found an available weekend for this great caravan, the location is amazing for the amenities. The caravan has everything we needed, hence us booking again so soon after our first stay. Reighton Sands Park is fantastic and to have a caravan so close to the 'action', can't fault anything. We've already booked for next year, same caravan too.

Dur to my husbands illness we decided to no more holidays abroad , so this was our first time in this sort of holiday we loved every minute of it .the caravan was everything we could wish for and will certainly be booking it again

Spotless clean spacious caravan and fully equipped with utensils crockery and pots and pans. Only exception was there was no microwaveable dishes and the glass plate was wrong size and didn’t turn which was reported. Having said that, we had a lovely holiday in the caravan and can highly recommend it to all.

This has been our 3rd time staying in 12 Orchard and we absolutely love it! It's a home from home, everything we need is ready and waiting and it's sooooo convenient for sunny Beach days

Very well set out caravan, personally never stayed in one with this layout. Was perfect and very clean. It's got a very homely feeling. Well stocked with everything you should need including family games and Dvds. Nice wide decking area which is gated complete with some outdoor furniture. Perfect van in a quiet area of the site but just a few minutes walking distance to the main amenities. Will be definitely booking our next stay in this caravan. Easy booking process with good communication.

We have just returned from a lovely break at reighton sands. The carvan was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Toys for the kids and a lovely decking area for the parents to relax on. We will definitely be back.

We’ve just arrived home after a fab weekend away at 12 The Orchards! We arrived very late on Friday and greeted by an immaculate caravan, can’t fault it. Such a quiet area of the park as well, but not too far away from the amenities! We’ll definitely be returning!

Just returned from a lovely weekend in this immaculate caravan. Very well equipped and the boardgames were a big hit with the kids. Lovely quiet location we didn't want to leave. Booking was so easy and Andy was brilliant with any questions I had. We can't wait to book again. 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay, even down to a football & box of toys there, the caravan had it all. Felt really homely & was a stones throw away from the clubhouse/park. Will most definitely be booking with you again. Andy made everything seamless and so stress free. Thanks so much!
