Haven rules state all private hire guests must buy passes on arrival at the holiday park, once passes have been purchased you can then pre-book entertainment and activities on the resort.
Once your holiday is paid in full and your haven arrival registered, you will receive and email from Haven with your Car pass, this email also contains your Haven short code (reference) which can be used to book dinning 14 days prior to arrival here on Haven Food.
Check in is from 4pm and Check out if 10am Prompt (check your reservation for details) This has been extended to to ensure a COVID Secure Clean can be correctly completed before arrival.
Unfortunately, this is not possible due to cleaning and inventory which needs to be completed before you arrive.
The cleaning company have a set routine, when they arrive, they need to holiday home vacated, please ensure check-out time is upheld.
No, All pets must remain on the floor at all times.
Yes, Instalments is fine assuming the full balance is received for the due date (check your reservation details).
A security bond is an advance payment should any damages or breakages occur as per the agreed Terms and Conditions, under normal curcumstances this is retuned after your stay. (Check your reservation details).
Check is from 4pm in all instances via a secure key safe located at the accommodation, therefore Keys can be obtained at any point from 4pm on checkin day through into the early hours of the following day and onwards.
Key information will only be sent once the holiday balance is paid, key collect is normally via a Key safe at the accommodation.

We are an independent advertising website putting control of advertising into private owners hands, we opened for business in November 2015.
