Question 1: Who is HolidayHomes4hire and when did you open for business?
Answer: 
We are an indepent advertising website putting control of advertising into private owners hands, we opened for business in November 2015.

Question 2: If we have any problems with our booking or during our stay can HolidayHomes4Hire help?
Answer: 
Your booking is strictly with the owner\manager of the accomodation and yourselves, we only provide the technology to connect owners\manager and customers.

Question 3: What time is Check-in and Check-out
Answer: Check in is from 2pm and Check out if 10am Prompt (check your resevation for details)

Question 4: We will arrive at 12pm, can we check in early?
Answer: Unfortunatly this is not possible due to cleaning and inventory which needs to be completed before you arrive.

Question 5: We didn't sleep well on our last night can we check out late?
Answer: The cleaning companys have a set routine, when they arrive they need to holiday home vacated, please ensure check-out time is upheld.

Question 6: Our pet snuggles on the sofa at night, is this ok?
Answer: No, All pets must remain on the floor at all times.

Question 7: Can we pay for our holiday via installments?
Answer: Yes, Instalments is fine assuming the full balance is received for the due date (check your reservation details).

Question 8: What is a Security Bond and why do i pay it??
Answer: A security bond is an advance payment should any damages or breakages occur as per the agreed Terms and Conditions, under normal curcumstances this is retuned after your stay. (Check your reservation details)

Question 9: What is the latest time we can check-in on day of arrival?
Answer: Check is from 2pm in all instances but as we use various methods of key release these can be obtained at any point on checkin day through into the early hours of the following day onwards.
