Passes for private lets are purchased directly from Haven; it is against Haven rules for owners to include passes in the booking cost. Current pass prices for Reighton Sands → and Primrose Valley → can be found on our website.
Key safe codes are issued via email on the day of arrival. Keys are collected directly from the secure key safe located at the property. Do not go to the main park reception for keys.
Bed linen and a "beds made ready" service can be added for £20 via your Customer Portal →. If you do not add this, you must bring your own sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
As our holiday homes are self-catering, we do not provide consumable items. You must provide your own washing-up liquid, toilet rolls, and other essentials for the duration of your stay.
Irons and hair dryers are added at the start of every holiday season; however, they do often go missing and we do not replace them mid-season. We suggest that you bring your own to ensure you have them for your stay.
Private Haven guests can book activities online once they have registered their arrival and purchased Play Passes. Haven usually opens activity bookings 12 weeks prior to arrival. Full details are provided in your Fully Paid Email.
To ensure your payments are allocated to your booking correctly and on time, you must log all bank transfers via the portal. This allows our accounts team to match your payment to your reservation quickly.
Most of our homes have a private parking bay for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must be parked in the main complex car parks. Please do not park on the grass.
Yes! You can arrange a delivery. Please ensure you are at the holiday home to receive it and provide the driver with your full park address and pitch number.
You no longer need to pre-book dining at most park venues; you can simply turn up and be seated.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and Check-out is by 10:00 AM sharp. These times allow our cleaning teams to prepare the home for the next guests.
No, the cost of gas and electricity is included in your booking price. We just ask that you turn off heating and lights when you are out of the home.
Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. Our cleaning and inventory teams require the full window to ensure the property is perfect for your arrival.
To maintain our cleaning schedules, we cannot offer late check-outs. Please ensure the holiday home is vacated by 10:00 AM.
No. To keep our homes in top condition for all guests, pets must remain on the floor and off all furniture at all times.
No. Charging electric vehicles from the domestic supply is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated EV charging points provided by the park.
Yes! You are welcome to make smaller, regular payments via the portal, provided the full balance is cleared by your specific due date.
A security bond is a refundable deposit held against potential damages or breakages. It is usually returned shortly after your stay following a successful inspection.
Yes, both Reighton Sands and Primrose Valley are well-connected. Bus stops are at the park entrances, and the nearest train station is in Filey.
Because we use a secure key safe system, you can arrive anytime from 4:00 PM onwards, including late at night.

Most of our homes offer private Wi-Fi; please check the property details. If private Wi-Fi is not listed, you can usually access the park's shared Wi-Fi in the complex.
No. All properties are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping inside. Evidence of smoking inside will result in the loss of your security bond.
Smoking and vaping are permitted outside on the veranda only. Please keep doors/windows closed and use the ashtrays provided.
No, towels are not included. We do not offer a towel hire service, so please ensure you bring your own.
Owners can list their homes on our portal for a flat annual fee. This gives you full control over your calendar and pricing while benefiting from our website traffic.
Self-managed allows you to handle your own bookings via our portal. Agent-managed is a full-service option where we handle all guest communications, payments, and management at selected Yorkshire parks.
