We offer Property Management Services for holiday accommodation on the East Coast, Currently managing many Caravans + Lodges at Primrose Valley and Reighton Sands Haven holiday Parks, we are open to expand into other local holiday resorts. With over 2 decades of holiday letting experience in the team you can rest assured we have the experience in the Caravan Holiday Letting Industry with years of knowledge within the area and established resources, to securely and successfully manage your Holiday Home.

We manage all your needs which include:

Advertising.
Taking Bookings.
Guest questions & communication.
Arranging Payments.
Arranging Change over Cleaning.
Setting prices.
Arranging discounts.
Dealing with complaints (if the unforeseeable happens).

Leaving you to relax with confidence.

We charge 17.5% (capped to £50) of the Holiday Cost Per Booking, Cleaning fees are additional.

We offer a fully transparent system keeping you informed when bookings are taken in your holiday home, advising when dates are booked & costs charged, you have the ability to check your live online availability calendar should you wish to see dates currently available. We also offer your very own private Owner portal so you can view your active bookings, view amounts charged, calculate your gross earnings at a tap of a button and also quickly reserve your own holiday dates from your Owner portal.
