We charge 15% (capped to £50) of the Holiday Cost Per completed Booking, Cleaning fees are additional.

We offer a fully transparent system keeping you informed when bookings are taken in your holiday home, advising when dates are booked & costs charged, you have the Ability to check your live online availability calendar to check remaining availability and reserve any dates you wish to stay yourself 24/7 anytime you decide.

Contract agreements and contract downloads are only available for specific periods when signing up new customers, If available please download that latest available contract, Sign & Return ASAP so we can Publish or Republish your home and continue with management for a 12 month contract period.
