Before any listing is approved, owners must provide proof of ownership, ensuring every property is legitimate and safe for guests.

Our Aim & Goals

Our goal is to recommend high-quality holiday properties. While we cannot personally inspect each property, we rely on accurate owner-provided details and guest reviews to maintain standards. After each stay, guests automatically receive a review request, helping us ensure that properties meet expectations.

If a guest has a genuine grievance, we ask that they provide the property reference number and booking ID. We will discuss the issue with the owner, and if the grievance is confirmed, the property may be removed from our website. We operate a three-strike policy: listings that receive three bad reviews will be removed.
