Stayed on this caravan for the weekend great location and dog friendly which was perfect. I would definitely book this caravan again we had a great time. Booking was strange forward and Andy was really helpful. Thanks again.

we have been going to primrose valley for years but recently got poppy our dog this was our second time in this caravan and it is great would strongly reccomend .

Just returned after 4 night stay.everything we needed nice quiet culture de sac...would highly recommend. May I say the mattress on the double bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on.would definitely return.

Caravan so clean and tidy and provided every thing you would need. Lovely quiet spot in cul-se-sac. Had great week with our dogs. High recommend.

We booked for the weekend to celebrate my uncles 70th birthday. The caravan was clean, beautifully presented and well equipped. Everything had been thought of from the DVD's, xbox and games for the children to a vert well equipped kitchen . The beds were vert comfortable made for a perfect night's sleep. The location was great as well with easy access to entertainment. We had a wonderful weekend that good we have booked again at the request of our Daughter she wants to celebrate her birthday there in October. Would highly recommend. Jo was a delight to deal with and so helpful. Thank you Jo.

Absolutely spotless. Wonderful quiet location. So many amenities on site. The caravan was spacious and airy. The owner could not have been more helpful. So kind too. Excellent value. One of nicest UK holidays we've had.

Our lovely caravan was in an ideal location to allow us to visit local sites such as Beverly Races, Whitby, Burton Agnes & Sewerby Hall & Zoo with a ride on the overland Train to Bridlington. All of us being over 65yrs it was ideal to come back to the caravan & chill out on the balcony with a glass of wine.

Hidden being the operative word, tucked out of the way and poorly sigh posted. Once we found it we enjoyed everything about it. The caravan was spotless and very well equipped with plenty of things fo children to use like computer games, jigsaws, and a few other toys too. All things you may need at home for cooking or cleaning, and everything for everyday personal cleaning and hairdryer ironing board with iron obviously. Perfect spot for using as a home base like we did. We explored a lot of the east coast from here, it’s our first time on this side of the Pennines coastal regions. The ONLY negative thing about this holiday home was the absolutely useless wi-fi, I gave up on it after the first few hours trying to get online. I am going to book this place again soon and bring my grandkids, I know they will love it.

Had a lovely stay. The caravan is in a perfect location, it was so clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The communication from Jo was excellent. It was my dog's first trip to the seaside and she loved the beach and the sea so i'm looking forward to booking again next year.

We have just come back from a little break at Primrose Valley, the site is brilliant and has everything you could want all in one place. The caravan was excellent, really big inside plenty of room for us all and the added bonus of secure decking. Location is great, right in the middle of the action with everything a short walk away! Cannot recommend enough and we would definitely like to return 😀
