We have just had a super 4 night break in this fabulous home from home. Ideal spot for peace and quiet, but close enough to the lakehouse. The caravan was spotlessly clean and really spacious for a family of 3. We were lucky enough to enjoy beautiful sunny evenings on the decking area which was lovely. Everything from start to finish was easy. Booking process and communication from Andy was superb. We shall certainly be returning. 5☆

We just came back from Primose Valley. We stayed in this caravan and it was very nice. Very quiet location- 15 min walk from the main centre. 8 min walk from Lake house. We will definitely return.

Set in a corner peaceful plot. It has all the amenities you need. It's about a brisk 15 min walk to the top entertainment conplex. Close enough to the Lake House complex at the bottom of the park. It's a clean tidy caravan and has,rattan cushioned seating on the veranda. Will be booking again.

We're just back from a week's stay here. Great location, quiet but handy for the fairground and restaurant. Nice quiet cul de sac where the children could play safely. Grounds nicely kept and caught the sun on the veranda all day. Close to cut through to the beach. Would recommend for a relaxing break.

Ideal location if you want a quiet part of the site, very close to the beach and you can walk into Filey. Caravan was clean and comfortable, overall was a pleasant stay and will certainly return
